POKING THE RUSSIAN BEAR TO ARMAGEDDON: JOE YOU SHOULD REMEMBER JFK & HIS HANDLING OF THE CUBAN MISSILE CRISIS / THIS IS NOT LIKE PASSING OUT CRACK PIPES
Vol. II | Issue. 122 | October 10, 2022
In addition to his exceptional ability to “F*** Things Up” without limitation, Joe Biden must be a romantic… It sounds absurd, but there is much evidence to support this. It is no secret, as Joe has shown publicly (and privately I assume), that he loves the scent of women’s hair and he loves celebrating anniversaries…
Why else would he pick this month, which will be the 60th Anniversary of the Cuban Missile Crisis, to poke the Russian Bear into a Nuclear Armageddon?
The Cuban Missile Crisis lasted from October 16-November 20, 1962, and was the closest the World has come to Nuclear War. The Crisis began when a US Air Force U-2 spy plane confirmed, through clear photographic evidence, that the Soviets had constructed a medium and intermediate-range ballistic missile facility on the imprisoned Island of Cuba, then a Soviet satellite. The installation of the launch facilities and delivery of nuclear-tipped missiles with the full acquiescence of Cuban Dictator Fidel Castro was supposedly a strategic move by the Soviets to prevent the invasion of Cuba by the United States and to counter the placement of U.S. Nuclear Missiles in Italy and Turkey by NATO.
Newly elected President John Kennedy followed the plan in place which was hatched by his predecessor's CIA known as "The Bay of Pigs” Invasion. The invasion was a strategic failure of gigantic proportions, ending in the death of mostly former Cuban exiles enlisted by the U.S. to liberate their country from the brutal Soviet Communist puppet state ruled by Fidel Castro.
Kennedy had been thoroughly embarrassed on the international stage by “The Bay of Pigs” disaster. The debacle was an abject failure, leading to a perception of U.S. Military weakness and incompetence.
Soviet Leader Nikita Kruschev did everything he could to make Kennedy look weak and inept on the World Stage. The U.S. failure at “The Bay of Pigs” was provocative enough that Kruschev became emboldened enough to place his Nuclear Missile batteries in Cuba sensing that this next International Chess move might come without a meaningful U.S. response.
History teaches us that weakness is provocative and Kennedy, the youngest President in history elected to office, was looking very vulnerable…
However, JFK had a few moves of his own…
He drew a line in the sand and made clear that there would be no tolerance for Nuclear Weapons in Cuba, or anywhere else in America’s backyard. Kennedy made every effort to negotiate a way out with the Soviets, including:
Exposure of the Soviet Installations for all the World to see.
Direct and Indirect Negotiations with the Soviets.
Tempered Military measures forced the Soviets’ ships carrying additional missiles and the facilities to launch them away from Cuba.
Kennedy formed a National Security Advisory Committee that presented him with a broad range of military and diplomatic options, but ultimately JFK knew that he was on his own and showed that STRENGTH, tempered with appropriate DIPLOMACY, saved the day.
The Soviets removed all Nuclear Weapons from Cuba in exchange for the removal of the U.S. Nuclear Weapons from Italy and Turkey. Additionally, JFK pledged that the U.S. would not invade Cuba.
At the height of tensions between the U.S. and the Soviet Union, Kennedy's tone and manner exuded STRENGTH, but with a RESPECTFUL understanding as to what the Soviets needed both substantively and in regards to face-saving in bringing the Nuclear Missile Removal Deal to fruition.
Kennedy knew that poking the Russian (then Soviet) Bear would have been a mistake. The approach of Joe Biden is entirely different in his response to a potential Nuclear conflict with the Russians.
Biden, taking no lesson from the 35th President, has chided and baited Vladimir Putin, the current Russian Dictator, with blithe indifference to the manner in which his casual reference to Nuclear War with the Russians may serve to increase the possibility that Putin, in desperation and with nothing to lose, may choose the Nuclear option.
The Democrats will do anything to keep power and believe that even with all of his abject failures as President, Biden, or his Democrat successor in 2024, has a better chance of being elected if the U.S. is in the midst of a serious War. What the Biden Democrat Industrial Complex doesn’t seem to understand, or care about, is that if Biden goads Putin into a Nuclear War, their dreams of destroying America will be for naught. The job will have been done for them prior to the next election through a Nuclear Armageddon… which Joe doesn’t seem to care too much about.
Joe, I do have some advice for you…
Let's commemorate the 60th Anniversary of America’s success in the Cuban Missile Crisis by studying the actions of our 35th President which taught us about the proper marshaling of MILITARY STRENGTH and SMART DIPLOMACY before opening your mouth again regarding Nuclear War with the Russians.
